how to let go of control

5 Ways to Letting Go of Control

Who’s out there is a control freak?
Can you not blame us? We are conditioned to control our lives, finance, lovers, even our children. So, when we come from a place of ego, we resist from letting go in fear of giving up, losing someone, repeating past mistakes or even a lack of trust.
But, a control freak becomes a victim of their insecurities.
Letting go is not giving up; it’s letting go of controlling people, controlling how a situation is supposed to be played out and when it suppose to happen. Control is about resistance and resistance will block us from receiving the unlimited possibilities of positive manifestation.

When we shift into allowance mode, we accept the present moment without judgment. We accept the flow of life energy instead of resistance. We detach from the outcome, so things can happen instead of making things happen.

Letting go may take a lot of courage, but it gives you peace of mind, joy and a connection with the universe. Plus the law of attraction will work so much smoother and faster.

1. Being in the present moment – Breathing exercise. The Alternate Nostril Breathing technique balances the nervous system, balances the left and right brain hemisphere, and pause the chatter/negativity in our minds.

2. Thymus gland tapping. The thymus gland is responsible for making T-cell, boost your immune system, neutralized your energy field and bring your median system back in balance. Tapping the thymus gland helps with anxieties and stress.Tap 60 to 90 times while breathing deeply.
3. Power of Words. Merging the tapping with a positive affirmation or repetitive phrase is also known as a mantra can create a vibratory sound that holds the power to clear negative energy.
“Things always work out for me when I relax and let go.”
“The universe has the ability to solve my problems in ways I’ve never thought of before.”
“I AM grateful”
“Thank you”
4. Prayer or meditation. Meditation allows you to hand over any struggles to a force that’s greater than ourselves.
5. Be patient and trust the timing.
Practice “letting go” every day….it just like a muscle…it will strengthen your faith and create miracles.
