How to Boost Your Self Confidence

In this video, I’m going to share some actions you can take to boost your self-confidence, without the help of others. When you have self-confidence you have more freedom, you’re happier and you become more successful.

1. Don’t care what other people think of you. There are some people who you care for and value their opinion who may stop you from embarrassing yourself. But when you worry about what other people may say… that’s a problem. Because you are allowing those people to strip you away from your freedom. And there are people who may have low self-confidence just don’t want to see your success. Don’t take it personally, don’t get mad or surprise, just move on.

 

2. Admit your mistakes, learn from it, forgive yourself and correct it. Self-confidence is about trusting one’s abilities. You waste time and resources trying to cover up mistakes.

 

3. Practice Being Confidence. Practice mastering your skills, this will improve competence. Practice in the mirror, the tone of your voice, how you raise your head, how you stand, walk.

5. Gain Knowledge. Knowledge builds confidence. pl self-confidence is based on if they have a degree or not, or a number of degrees. If you don’t have that….why not start with 15-30 minutes a day learning your skills. Or taking Udemy courses online. Anything to give you a sense of achievement.

6. Get rid of limited belief system . Low self-confidence is not genetic or part of your DNA.They have been implanted by individuals from your past who may have the confidence within themselves. So, instead of them working on that issue they decided to transfer those negative emotions to you. “Don’t rock the boat.” We take these belief systems and create experiences to match the belief. But what if the belief is not true… what if its hold you back to seeking opportunities. Get rid of the old and bring in a new belief system that aligns with your desires.
